This is requested by Draka, the hungry baguette eater from Toulouse.
This is him in the flesh btw
Anyway
I like his setup, which looks like this:
................ Djini
Zwe ......... Night Sent Angel: Amora
Rose ........ Hell Hound
Setup characteristics:
- has heal
- has cc with Rose and Zwe stuns
- has rage steal from Hell Hound and Amora
- 2 tanks: one pure tank,(Zwe) and one row damage(Rose)
- 3 back laners: healer + single target hitter (Night Sent) + hybrid: aoe damage/self heal/rage steal(Hell Hound)
What worries most as an attacker?
- has decent tanks + healer.
- Zwe is at mid row and Rose at bottom, which forces me to focus Zwe as I cant put 2 attackers to focus on Rose which I prefer to kill first usually.
My strategy:
- I must have enough damage to kill Zwe quickly, so I have to use 2 attackers (Night Sent + Pyrona).
- I must have a healer, can't go without against him because Hound and Rose do aoe damage and might kill Pyrona or Night Sent.
- I can only place 2 heroes at front, and they have to be tanky because of his damage + CC + rage steal. If I use an Earhshaker for example and he is stunned, or can't use his ultimate, then I may lose. But a pure tank can just stand there cc'ed and still be beneficial. HOWEVER, I changed mymind about only 2 at the front. You will see why.
My final setup:
Ok here it gets interesting, I chose to put my Djini top row at the FRONT. This way I will leave one vacant spot in the back, so I can avoid Rose row stun and damage. My Djini will only encounter Draka's Djini so no issues there. So it ends up as following:
I won,and my Djini was able to heal whenever she wanted. I won with the timer on 50 seconds, not bad at all.
However, I then wanted to see how would I do if I keep Djini at the back as what 99% of other players do and see what happens:
It was a bit harder for me this time, fight ended with 30 seconds remaining. Djini got stunned sometimes with his Rose.
What would have made it harder for me?
- maybe replacing Rose with Nether could have extended the fight a bit more.
- or keep Rose and replace Night Sent with a back lane killer like Grimbow that can have a combo with Hound's aoe dmg. If they manage to kill only ONE of my damage dealers, I won't be able to kill his front line in time.
Cheers,
Oz
