Pros: 

1. An easy champion to 5 star.
2. Can thrive in teams with many aoe damage heroes because of his skills set.
3. Also works well for attacks as you can decide which row Rose attacks.

Cons: 

1. Can be countered if used in defense due to his Row skill.
2. His main weakness is the lack of sustainability as Rose cannot regenerate his HP nor does he have shields.
